Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans
Stedda offers three tiers: Free, Pro ($12/month), and Business ($29/month). Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to all paid features until the period ends
- Your site automatically downgrades to the Free plan when the period expires
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
3. Refunds for Subscriptions
Because you have full access to features during your billing period and can cancel at any time:
- Monthly plans: No refunds are issued for partial months. You may cancel to prevent future charges.
- Annual plans: If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion. After 14 days, no refunds are issued.
We may make exceptions for extraordinary circumstances at our discretion.
4. Transaction Fees
Platform transaction fees charged on commerce sales through your site are non-refundable once the underlying order has been fulfilled. If an order is refunded to the customer, the platform fee for that order may be refunded at our discretion.
5. Custom Domains
Custom domain provisioning is included with paid plans at no extra cost. If you downgrade, your custom domain is deprovisioned automatically. No separate domain fees apply.
6. Free Plan
The Free plan has no charges. There is nothing to refund.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the subject "Refund Request" and include your account email and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
